How to get a referral
Referral agencies
Accept named agency referrals only. Priority given to referrals via the Newcastle Gateway.
Referral procedure
Contact the Gateway on 019 1277 1711 or email gateway@newcastle.gov.uk. Call project 24 hours. Require proof of identity. Application form and interview.

Support and accommodation
Support offered
4 full time and 4 part time staff, 24 hour cover. Residents meet regularly with a support worker who helps to develop and monitor individual support plans. Staff provide help with budgeting, money advice, benefits, hygiene, advocacy, social and living skills, finding employment and working to find own accommodation.
