Single homeless men with support needs, including ex-offenders and those with alcohol, drugs or mental health problems. Must have a local connection to the borough of Rochdale.

Accept referrals from any agency.

Referral procedure

Application form completed by applicant and referral agency prior to interview. Require proof of ID, eg birth certificate, driving licence, references and housing arrears reports.

Support and accommodation

Support offered

2 full time based on-site split-shift Mon-Fri 08-20.00, out-of-hours lone-worker. 7 residents per worker, weekly keywork meetings. Action plans with agreed outcomes, reviewed quarterly. Staff provide support around daily living skills, including budgeting, healthy eating, issues around alcohol and drugs, access to education and training. Staff can accompany residents to appointments.
