Who do we help?

Young single homeless or at risk of homeless people aged 16-21 with housing related support needs. Priority given to applicants with a local connection to Burnley, unless applicants are fleeing violence.

How to get a referral

Referral agencies

Accept self-referrals for applicants over 18 and referrals from Lancashire ART Team and local voluntary and statutory agencies.

Referral procedure

Phone Mon-Fri 9am-4pm or email anytime. Application form completed by prospective client and agency prior to interview. Require proof of ID and income.

Support and accommodation


Support offered

4 full time and 1 part time staff, available Mon-Fri 9am-5pm, weekend until 7pm. Emergency on-call system. Concierge service Mon-Sun 7pm-3am,. Key worker system with regular link work sessions, with compulsory weekly meetings. Support plans with agreed outcomes, reviewed quarterly. Provide support around benefits, budgeting and debt, independent living skills, social skills, training, education and employment, and accessing specialist services.
