Who do we help?
Single homeless people aged 18 and over with complex support needs (including, substance/alcohol dependency, offending history, mental health issues, high risk issues). A local connection is required.

How to get a referral
Referral agencies
Accept self referrals and referrals from any agency.
Referral procedure
Phone or call in Mon-Fri 9am-5pm for referral form. Referrals to be e-mailed where possible. Self referral forms will be completed over the phone with applicants where appropriate. Needs and Risk Assessments completed at telephone-only interview. Require background information from referring agency.

For Projects - 24 hour staff.
For all, emergency on-call system. Linkworker system, weekly meetings.
Staff help with claiming benefits, accessing other services, such as drug and alcohol services, training, education and employment, debt counselling and developing independent living skills, immigration issues, DV, exploitation, rehousing. legal, custody etc.
