For LGBTQ+ people only. Those in London with housing need, with low / medium support needs. Mental health advocacy for 16-25’s. Provides housing advice for those fleeing domestic violence across the country. Has a range of advice services see website for further info. LGBTQ+ specific supported housing for 16-25’s for young people (under 25) with a connection to Hackney, Haringey, Islington or Newham.

Referral procedure
Phone office Mon-Fri 10am-1pm and 2pm-5pm or the advice line - 020 7359 5767. Brief assessment of suitability by phone. Application form completed by applicant and/or referral agency. Assessment interview.

Support offered
5 staff, available on site at 4 houses, staff visit other houses regularly. Keyworking and support planning, reviews quarterly. Support on budgeting, accessing other agencies, health, safety, mediation, tenancy sustainment, search for accommodation and preparation for move-on. Make referrals to external agencies as appropriate.
