Accept referrals from Poole Brokerage Service only.

Referral procedure

Phone or call in at Civic Centre Mon-Fri 9am-12.30pm, 1.30pm-4pm, closed Weds morning. Application form. Interview. Require proof of ID, income and background information.

Support and accommodation


Support offered

9 full time and 10 part time staff and 4 volunteers, 24 hour waking cover. Compulsory keywork system (16 residents per key worker) with monthly meetings. Action plans with agreed outcomes, reviewed monthly. Staff offer support and guidance with regard to personal development, independent living and employment, training and education. A variety of support services are provided by The Quay Advice Centre attached to the project.
