Single homeless adults, 18 and above. No local connection required. May accept people with dogs.

Who we cannot help

Anyone convicted of a schedule one offence/person posing a risk to children; a conviction for arson; recent or prolific history of offending

How to get a referral

Referral agencies

Accept referrals from any agency and self referrals.

Referral procedure

Phone daily 8am-11pm. Via Website at gaphexham.com Application form. Interview and risk assessment. Require ID and information from other agencies as appropriate. No direct access possible.

Support offered

support staff available seven days per week 8am-11.30pm. Sleep-in cover. Keywork system with weekly meetings. Support plans with agreed targets and active engagement. Programme of basic skills training, living skills, employability training etc. Help with moving to independent living.
