How to get a referral

Referral agencies

Accept referrals from any agency and self referrals.

Referral procedure

Phone daily 8am-11pm. Application form. Interview and risk assessment. Require ID and information from other agencies as appropriate. No direct access possible

Support offered

7 staff available seven days per week 8am-11.30pm. Sleep-in cover. Keywork system with weekly meetings. Support plans with agreed targets and active engagement. Programme of basic skills training, living skills, employability training etc. Support available to access other support agencies as required and with securing volunteer opportunities and employment.
