Provides a range of services for vulnerable people in Surrey. Alternative education and training programmes for young people and adults. A community boat offering day time boat trips to disadvantaged and vulnerable people from Surrey community groups in the summer months, and in the winter offering offenders serving community orders skills development by doing environmental work. Crisis grants.
