How to get a referral
Referral agencies
Only accept referrals from the START mental health team for single homeless people, Supported Living Team, and the Complex Needs Panel who act as gatekeepers. Do not accept self referrals.
Referral procedure
All referrals must go via START (South Thames Assessment, Resource and Training Team) or Supported Living Team, the Complex Needs Panel.

Support offered
12 staff, available Mon-Fri 8am-8pm, Sat-Sun 10am-6pm, emergency on-call system. Keywork system. Support plans drawn up between key worker and resident with emphasis on enabling resident define their own needs, reviewed every 3 months. Staff make referrals to specialist services where appropriate.
