Referral agencies

Accept self referrals and referrals from any agency.

Referral procedure

Phone or call in daily 7am-12 midnight. Forms also available via website. Interview.

Support and accommodation

Support offered

3 full time support workers 1 part time support worker, available 7am-12, sleep-in cover. On-call system in place for out of hours support. 3 residents per full time support worker. Staff provide support with benefits, developing independent living skills and employment and training advice. Regular resident house meetings are held.
