Young single homeless people aged 16-25 with support needs. Priority may be given to applicants with a local connection to East Cambridgeshire District.

Who we cannot help

People with high support needs which cannot be met by the project.

How to get a referral

Referral agencies

Accept self referrals and referrals from any agency. Many referrals come from East Cambridge District Council, Social Services Sixteen Plus Team and Youth Service.

Referral procedure

Write, phone or call in Mon-Fri 9am-11.30pm, Sat & Sun 4.30pm-11.30pm. Application form. Interview. Allocation panel determine whether applicant accepted and their priority for moving in. May request additional background information.

Support offered

6 Staff sleep-in cover except Sat & Sun 8.45am-4.30pm when emergency on-call system in operation. Individual support plans and objectives, preparing for living independently. Staff offer support in relation to domestic tasks, budgeting, practical skills, relationships, substance misuse issues, healthy living and employment and education.
