Referral procedure

The service is accessed via multi agency referral or even self referral. The client undergoes an initial interview either by phone or on site to make an initial basic needs assessment and a risk assessment.

Support offered

24/7 waking staff. Key work sessions are part of the program. Employment services are offered from different support workers (2). All aspects of life are considered and discussed in sessions. 7 support staff for the 30 beds.
