Charity working with the NHS to improve services for homeless people. Link the NHS with homelessness agencies so health services can play their part in helping homeless people come off the streets & rebuild their lives. GPs specialising in homeless medicine, Pathway homelessness nurses. Care Navigators (with personal experience of homelessness) offer 1-1 support to homeless patients in hospital.
