Single homeless women.

Those with a recent history of violence or arson. Women with high support needs which cannot be met by the project. Those who have used substances in the last 3 months who are not linked in with services.

How to get a referral

Referral agencies

Referrals must be emailed to Supportservicesreferrals@churcharmy.org or call 020 3959 1444 for assistance. Referrals for commissioned bedspaces must come from Westminster approved agencies.

Referral procedure

Agency referrals to referrals@churcharmy.org or telephone 020 3959 1444. Open 24/7. Require proof of ID - birth certificate, passport, NI number, Home Office papers if relevant. must have a 6-month local connection in order to be referred into our Commissioned complex Needs Beds. A local connection is not needed for our Resettlement Beds or to gain access to the Sanctuary.

Support offered

24 hour waking cover. 6 residential workers operate a keywork system with monthly meetings. Mental health unit has separate team of 4 mental health staff. Residents expected to meet with staff on a regular basis. Support covers personal issues and practical help with life skills. On-site day centre provides a wide range of activities and resources.
