Who do we help?

Single homeless people with low-medium support needs, ex-offenders and those with low level mental health problems. No local connection required. Can accept people with dogs.

Who we cannot help

History of arson, or sex offence.

How to get a referral

Referral agencies

Accept self referrals and referrals from any agency.

Referral procedure

Phone daily 9am-7pm. Application form completed by referral agency and applicant. Interview.

Support and accommodation

Support offered

2 full time and 2 part time staff based on-site at main house 9am-7pm every day. Emergency on call system. Care plans with agreed outcomes, reviewed every 4 weeks. Care plans look at "all aspects of life, from support with day to day living and resettlement up to drug and drink reduction programmes". Staff can refer residents to specialist agencies if appropriate.
