How to get a referral

Referral agencies

Accept referrals from any agency.

Referral procedure

The preferred referrals procedure for our service is via Milton Keynes Council's Supported Housing Panel. Other agencies can request a referral form (for clients not working with the Council) and send the completed form to our referrals mailbox. The referral will be assessed (face to face) and then discussed at the Adult Housing Panel to see if suitable for the Lifehouse. If successful the referral will be placed on the waiting list.
