Who do we help?

Individuals who are experiencing or at risk of homelessness who are in employment. St Ann's provides a short-term opportunity for supported accommodation in a safe place, giving capacity to save the necessary finances to support move on into PRS accommodation.

How to get a referral

Referral agencies

Referrals are welcome from any teams who are willing to be part of a continued multi-disciplinary approach to move on.

Support offered

Each resident will be assigned a named Support Worker - Support Workers are available Monday to Friday 8-4, with out of hours support available via telephone. Night concierge are in the building from 10pm to 8am. A Duty Manager is available 24/7.
