Support and accommodation
Support offered
7 full time and 1 part time staff, 24 hour waking cover. Keywork system (10 residents per worker), compulsory meetings every week. Support plans with agreed outcomes, reviewed monthly. Staff provide practical assistance and support with budgeting, benefits, accessing employment and training, health issues and independent living skills.

Each customer has own bedroom, some facilities share a bathroom and have a kitchenette, some share bathroom and kitchen. We have some self contained flats.
