Support offered

6 full time staff, Staff visit at least weekly. Keywork system (8 residents per worker), with weekly meetings. Compulsory support meetings and well being checks around training, employment, education and/or volunteering and well being checks Range of activities, including literacy, cookery, life skills supporting the residents to become independent.
