How to get a referral

Referral agencies

Accepts both self-referrals and those directly from prison.

Referral procedure

Phone line is staffed 24/7 and the e-mail inbox is checked within office hours for referrals. We have a standard referral form that needs to be completed, and an offer of a room will not be confirmed until and assessment has been completed.

Support and accommodation

Support offered

1-to-1 support is provided via an assigned support worker and progress managed via support planning. Support can be offered around accessing or maintain accommodation, maximising incomes, addressing health needs – both mental and physical, substance use, reducing offending, accessing employment and training, budgeting and reducing debt.
