How to get a referral

Referral agencies

Accept self referrals and referrals from any agency via The Birmingham Gateway.

Referral procedure

The Gateway is open between Monday - Friday 8.45am - 5.15pm to undertake assessments call: 0121 675 4249.

Support offered

Specialist staff provide 24 hour support, waking cover. Staff provide tenancy support and general practical and emotional support. ICT centre and a DIY training centre on site as part of life skills development. Referrals to specialist services.
