Who do we help?

Single homeless people aged 17-55 with support needs, including ex-offenders and substance misusers. Must have a local connection to Hillingdon.

Who we cannot help

Unmanaged addictions. History of Violence, sex offence, or arson.

Support and accommodation

Support offered

1 full time member of staff, available Mon-Fri 8.30am-5pm and occasional evenings, 1 live-in volunteer, emergency on-call system. Compulsory keywork system with weekly meetings. Action plans with agreed outcomes, reviewed initially every 2 weeks, then every 3 months. Staff offer support in life skills, employment and training, benefits, literacy and numeracy.
