Who we cannot help

Arsonists, sex offenders, people who want to be rehoused with dependents.

How to get a referral

Referral agencies

Accept self referrals and referrals from any agency, including prison, probation, youth offending teams, social services and Council (Homeless Team).

Referral procedure

Phone or email daily 24 hours. Interview.

Support and accommodation

Support offered

1 full time, 2 part time staff plus relief worker, 24 hour waking cover. Keywork system with fortnightly meetings. Staff offer advice on budgeting skills, benefit entitlement, housing issues and life skills. Most residents attend local colleges, and training is also provided on-site.
