Referral procedure

Phone Mon-Thurs 8am-8pm, Fri 9am-4.30pm, Sat 8am-3pm. Application form and interview. Require probation reports, risk assessments and any other relevant background information.

Support and accommodation

Support offered

2 full time staff, available Mon-Thurs 8am-8pm, Fri 9am-4.30pm, Sat 8am-3pm, emergency on-call system. key worker system (5 residents per key worker), with weekly meetings. Action plans with agreed outcomes, reviewed monthly. Staff provide advice and support around independent living skills, training and employment, IT skills, sign posting and community Inclusion.
