How to get a referral
Referral agencies
All referrals via Test Valley Borough Council.
Referral procedure
Through District Council as per Homeless Reduction Act. Interview. Require proof of ID and may request background information and reports depending on applicant's needs.

Support and accommodation
Support offered
8 full time staff, 24 hour waking cover. Keywork system with meetings held weekly or more often. Action plans with agreed outcomes, reviewed quarterly. Staff offer support around independent living skills, literacy and numeracy, budgeting, liaising with specialist welfare agencies and accessing community services.

The bus station is a 5-10 minute walk and the railway station can be reached by buses running at 15 minute intervals or by walking which generally takes 15-20 minutes.
