How to get a referral

Referral agencies

Accepts referrals from the Street Homeless Prevention Team and local agencies,

Referral procedure

Contact Service for referral form (either by phone or email) or the Street Homeless Prevention Team. Referrals are discussed at a multi-agency panel that meets twice weekly. Street Homeless Prevention Team can be located at the Homeless Day Centre, 30 Cranberry Avenue, Southampton SO14 0LT from 9.30am - 11am on Mon, Weds & Fri.

Support and accommodation


Support offered

Staffed 24/7, residents will be allocated a Project Worker who will work in a trauma informed approach to engage and support individuals to achieve their aspirations and goals, and move-on to more independant suitable accommodation. Activities, education and support sessions all on offer, as well as mental wellbeing support. Homeless Healthcare attends on a weekly basis to support individuals with their physical health.
