Single people who are homeless, vulnerable or isolated with support needs, including ex-offenders, people with learning disabilities and those with drug, alcohol and mental health issues.

How to get a referral
Referral agencies
Accept self referrals and referrals from any agency. Most referrals come from the Probation Service. Many other referrals come from hospitals, Social Services, drug and alcohol agencies and local housing authorities.
Referral procedure
Phone, call in Mon-Fri 9am-5pm or write for an application form, completed by applicant and referral agency prior to interview.

Support and accommodation
Support offered
Staff available Mon-Fri 10am-4pm, flexible. Emergency on-call system. Keywork system (8-11 residents per key worker), keywork meetings weekly, reviewed every 3 months or as needed. Staff visit daily to provide support with independent living skills, benefits, and access to education and employment.
