Ex-servicemen and women who have served in HM Armed Forces who are homeless, facing homelessness or in crisis. No local connection required.

Who we cannot help

Convicted arsonists and Schedule 1 offenders.

How to get a referral

Referral agencies

Accept self referrals or referrals from any agency.

Referral procedure

Phone/email Mon-Thu 8:30am-3:30pm, Fri 8:30am-1:30pm. Require service identification number.

Support and accommodation

Support offered

Provide advice on employment and personal problems, including health and medical requirements and addictions. Will make referrals to specialist agencies for additional support if necessary. Provide practical help, including travel warrants, clothing and small cash grants. On-site social worker and addiction & wellbeing specialist.
