Referral agencies

Accept referrals from any agency via Housing Solutions.

Referral procedure

Phone or apply in person at Housing Solutions in Northwich or Chester. Client will be interviewed when there is a vacancy.

Support and accommodation

Support offered

8 full time staff, 24 hour waking cover. Keywork system and support plans/reviews with regular meetings. Staff provide support around developing independent living skills.
