Support and accommodation

Support offered

6 part time staff, sleep-in cover and emergency on-call system. Compulsory support work meetings (2 residents per support worker), meetings held every 7-10 days. Action plans with agreed outcomes, reviewed quarterly. Staff offer help and support with independent living skills, liaison with external agencies and accessing education, work and training. National Open College Network Tenancy Training Programme, art workshops, group cooking sessions.
