Services offered

Day centre for people who are homeless or in need. Advice services offering referrals to emergency and longer term housing. We provide free, confidential advice to people with all kinds of housing problems. Face-to-face, over the phone, and online, we tailor our expert advice and support to individuals. Prevention advice: Confidential advice to people with concerned about losing their home. Hostel and Night Shelter advice: Assistance in finding and obtaining access to Hostels and Winter Night Shelters Addiction advice: Assistance in finding the appropriate services for alcohol and drug dependencies Benefits advice: Offering assistance and advice on the benefits system. Advice on settled status. Signposting to resettlement services and to mental health, alcohol and drugs services. Life skills centre offers support around everyday living, including basic skills classes. All services are free, with breakfast, lunch, showers, clothing store and a brand new computer suite.
