Assessment of priority need under the Housing Act. Can provide temporary accommodation for those assessed as in priority need - with children/pregnant, vulnerable because of age (60+), disability or at risk from violence. Housing options advice & info to private and council tenants & homeless people. Rent deposit guarantee scheme for accessing private sector. Out of hours emergencies 01902 552999.

How to contact

If you have nowhere to stay tonight you are in imminent danger please call Homeless Services on 01902 556789 (option 2). If you find yourself without a place to stay outside office hours, over the weekend, or during bank holidays, please contact our out-of-hours service at 01902 552999.
