Assessment of priority need under the Housing Act. Can provide temporary accommodation for those assessed as in priority need - with children/pregnant, vulnerable because of age (60+), disability or at risk from violence. Housing options advice & info to private and council tenants & homeless people. Rent deposit guarantee scheme for accessing private sector. Out of hours emergencies 01902 552999.
