Young single homeless people aged 16-25. Priority given to applicants with a local connection.

Who we cannot help

History of arson, violence, unmanaged addictions. Schedule 1, sex offenders. Needs too high.

How to get a referral

Referral agencies

Accept self referrals and referrals from any agency.

Referral procedure

Phone, call, email/write in Mon-Fri 10am-4:30pm. Assessments are usually undertaken the same day to provide crisis support to young people age 16-25. Mediation and conflict coaching also available via a referral form.

Support and accommodation

Support offered

3 full time staff, 6 part time staff, 50 volunteers. Emergency on-call system. Staff draw up action plan with client with agreed outcome, and offer help with benefits, employment and personal care. Client is housed in home of volunteer host and receives support from host e.g. cooking, budgeting, cleaning. Clients are offered access to conflict coaching, mediation services and life skills courses from organisation.
