Referral agencies

Referrals accepted from all agencies, Self-referrals also accepted.

Referral procedure

Referrals can be made by phone or a referral form can be requested by email. All applicants must attend an interview at the project and a support needs/risk assessment will be completed. Applicants must be able to provide at least one reference.
