How to get a referral
Referral agencies
All referrals to the hostel must come through BCP council’s SP Hub. Referrals to lower supported (visited staff only) can be referred directly to sarah.watson@ymcabournemouth.
Referral procedure
Phone or call in at BCP Housing Options Mon-Fri 9am-4pm. Require proof of identity. Application form and interview. May require further information, eg probation or psychiatric reports

Support offered
15 full time, 2 part time staff, 24 hour waking cover. Key worker system. Staff provides general advice and information, assistance with living skills, counselling, training and employment. Needs assessment and support planning.
