How to get a referral

Referral agencies

High support needs must be referred by BCP council’s SP Hub -and must have a local connection, medium and lower support can be referred directly.

Referral procedure

Phone or call in at BCP Housing Options Mon-Fri 9am-4pm. Require proof of identity. Application form and interview. May require further information, eg probation or psychiatric reports Direct referrals can be made by emailing sarah.watson@ymcabournemouth.org.uk or calling 01202 209451.

Support and accommodation


Support offered

15 full time, 2 part time staff, 24 hour waking cover. Key worker system. Staff provides general advice and information, assistance with living skills, counselling, training and employment. Needs assessment and support planning.
