Support offered

4 full-time staff available Mon-Fri 8.30am-4.30pm, emergency on-call system. Night receptionist with varied hours, but mostly covered 10pm-6am. Key workers provide 1-2 hours support per week. Key workers support clients to identify and achieve personal goals across a range of areas, including physical and mental health improvement; budgeting and managing benefits; accessing work, voluntary work, education and training; building confidence and social relationships; attending appointments; move-on towards independent living.
