Accept self referrals and referrals from any agency.

Referral procedure

All referrals come through the YMCA's Reconnect site. Phone for an appointment Mon-Fri 9am-5pm. Referral interview and risk assessment.

Support offered

Three projects with total of 10 full time staff, available Mon-Fri 9am-5pm. 6 Night support workers, emergency on-call system. Staff offer help with budgeting, domestic skills, accessing employment and training and making contact with other agencies. Staff provide the life skills programme.
