Referral agencies

Accept self referrals or referrals from any agency.

Referral procedure

Phone, call in for appointment Mon-Fri 9am-7pm or email. Application form filled in by prospective residents and referral agency. Interview and risk assessment. Require proof of ID and background information. Applicants can self-refer

Support and accommodation

Support offered

Staff available on-site 8am-8pm, concierge on site 8pm-8am. Compulsory keywork system (10 residents per key worker), minimum of fortnightly meetings. Support plans with agreed outcomes, reviewed every three months. Staff provide advice and support to access benefits, life skills, education, work and resettlement. Referrals encouraged for substance abuse, mental health needs and to other agencies.
