How to get a referral

Referral agencies

Accept referrals from Children & Adult Services, Youth Support, Youth Offending teams and Eastbourne Borough Council.

Referral procedure

Named agency referrals only. All referrals to come through Local Housing Authority or leaving Care, no self-referrals. Interviews during the pandemic are carried out over the phone and may take longer. Must have proof of ID, eg NI number.

Support offered

5 full time, 3 part time night staff, 1 manager, 24 hour waking cover. Compulsory keywork sessions with weekly meetings. Staff help with training and personal development needs, social and life skills, signposting to other agencies.
