Who is the project for?

Who do we help?

Homeless, in genuine risk of homelessness, or otherwise vulnerable when making the transition to independent living. In need of the support programme at the level offered. Aged 18 – 29 years old when they apply and move in. This accommodation is not suitable for babies to live, so alternative accommodation will need to be found prior to the birth.

How to get a referral

Referral agencies

Accept self-referral but prefer if the person is referred by the: Council, In and out of County social services (16-17 year olds must be referred by a Social Service), Young Devon, Mental Health services, Adult social services.

Referral procedure

4 stage process. Initial Visit, Application Form, Interview, Staff Team Decision.

Support and accommodation


Support offered

6 full time and 2 part time staff. Staff generally available 9am-10pm on week day and 2pm till 10pm on week -end, emergency on-call system. Compulsory keywork system with fortnightly meetings.

Our rooms have a bedroom and kitchen studio style. The bathroom is separate though and not ensuite.
