Referral agencies

Applications for accommodation are made via Birmingham City Council’s Gateway (for over 21’s) on 0121 675 4249 and via St Basils Youthline (for under 21’s) on 0300 30 30 099.

Support and accommodation

Support offered

11 full time staff based on-site, 24 hour waking cover. Compulsory keywork system (approx 16 residents per worker), with at least weekly meetings. Support plans with agreed outcomes, reviewed every three months. Staff provide support and advice on benefits, housing, employment and training.
