Single homeless people with support needs. No local connection required.

Who we cannot help

Schedule 1 offenders, habitual drug users and those who are unable to cope with the level of support offered. Habitual use of violence will jeopardise acceptance.

How to get a referral

Referral agencies

Accept self referrals and referrals from any agency. Will accept referrals direct from prison.

Referral procedure

Phone Mon-Fri 9am-5pm. Application form completed by prospective resident prior to interview. Require proof of ID. Carry out arson and violence checks. Require probation reports and psychiatric reports if appropriate. Two references required and checked.

Support offered

11 full time staff, 24 hour waking cover. key worker system (10-12 residents per worker), at least weekly keywork meetings. Staff provide support around all aspects of need, including independent living skills and access to education opportunities, both in-house and at the local college. IT and physical fitness training.
