How to get a referral

Referral agencies

Accept self referrals and referrals from any agency or prison.

Referral procedure

All referrals go through Mainstay system, with a number of assessment points around the city, with Liverpool YMCA being a 24/7 assessment point. For further information visit: mainstayliverpool.org.uk

Support offered

8 full time support staff and Link Workers operate daytime shifts. Night-time customer support workers. Staff provide support with substance misuse, mental health, offending behaviour, managing living skills.
