Services for young people who are homeless or threatened with homelessness, including young people leaving care. Deposit guarantee scheme. Move-on scheme providing help with securing accommodation and ongoing support. Emergency housing scheme for 16-25 year olds, providing up to 7 nights accommodation within the homes of local families. 2 supported housing projects. Family mediation.
