Who do we help?

Young single homeless people aged 16-30 with low support needs who has lived independently. Support engagement is necessary. Local connection needed for move on. Accommodation offered varies from shared houses, AST flats and supported lodgings.

Who we cannot help

No high class drug users or high mental health needs.

How to get a referral

Referral agencies

Accept referrals from any agency with links to Norwich.

Referral procedure

Referrals from any of the other YMCA Norfolk sites and local authorities. Also, from other local homelessness agents such as MAP etc.

Support and accommodation

Support offered

Tenancy support team available on site Mon - Fri from 9am – 8pm. Saturdays from 10am - 2pm. All other times there is an out-of-hours telephone service and staff at John Drake House.
