Young single homeless people aged 18-30 with support needs, including those leaving care. Priority given to applicants with a local connection to King's Lynn and West Norfolk.

How to get a referral

Referral agencies

Accept self referrals and referrals from any agency. Many referrals come from King's Lynn Council (Must have completed HAF form).

Referral procedure

Application form via chkl@ymcanorfolk.org. Then tel / face to face assessment.

Support and accommodation


Support offered

Keywork system , weekly keywork meetings. Action plans with agreed outcomes, reviewed monthly. Staff provide support around life skills, benefits, finances and debt, education and training. Site staffed 10-7 . Out of Hours telephone 24/7
