Referral agencies

Accept self referrals and referrals from any agency.

Referral procedure

Phone, call in Mon-Fri 9am-5pm, enquire via website or write. Emergency referrals accepted 24 hours a day. Interview. Require proof of ID, references, and police checks.

Support offered

Approx 110 full time equivalent staff, 24 hour waking cover. Compulsory keywork system (12 – 15 residents per key worker) with weekly meetings. Individual care plans with agreed outcomes. Staff provide advice and support around housing, benefits and developing independent living skills. 4 week induction programme for 16-25 year olds. Sports and arts and crafts activities.
