How to get a referral

Referral agencies

Accept self referrals, and referrals from housing organisations and voluntary agencies.

Referral procedure

Applicant must complete a hostel application form (HAF). HAF can be emailed or posted to applicant, or they can attend service at any time to pick up a HAF. Can phone or call in at anytime and any day. HAF must be completed with as much information as possible.

Support offered

1 Full time Housing Manager, 1 Full Time Assistant Manager, 3 full time engagement workers, 3 part time engagement workers 1 part time Pathways worker 1 full time Senior resettlement worker, 2 full time tenancy engagement workers. The service is staffed 24/7 Engagement worker system with weekly support meetings. Support plans are done using the Homelessness Star, and agreed goals and actions for the tenant and their engagement worker. These are reviewed monthly and cover independent living skills, money management, meaningful use of time, health, offending and drug/alcohol support
