Who is the project for?
Who do we help?
Young single people aged 16-24 who are street homeless or threatened with homelessness, with support needs. No local connection required.

How to get a referral
Accept self referrals, and referrals from housing organisations and voluntary agencies.
Applicant must complete a hostel application form (HAF). HAF can be emailed or posted to applicant, or they can attend service at any time to pick up a HAF.
Can phone or call in at anytime and any day.
HAF must be completed with as much information as possible.

Support and accommodation
1 Full time Housing Manager, 1 Full Time Assistant Manager, 3 full time engagement workers, 3 part time engagement workers
1 part time Pathways worker
1 full time Senior resettlement worker, 2 full time tenancy engagement workers.
The service is staffed 24/7
Engagement worker system with weekly support meetings. Support plans are done using the Homelessness Star, and agreed goals and actions for the tenant and their engagement worker. These are reviewed monthly and cover independent living skills, money management, meaningful use of time, health, offending and drug/alcohol support
plus 4 pathway beds
All rooms have en suite shower room and toilet
